Since our launch in 2018, we have been working passionately to change the world and the way we consume on a daily basis in a sustainable way! How? We offer high-quality consumer products that are both beneficial for our customers and directly support people in need around the world. We have already launched over 120 products through different retail channels.

In this way, we have “shared” over 137 million times and our concept enabled us to build or repair >253 wells, distribute 37 million meals, 18 million hygiene products, make 62 million days of access to clean drinking water possible and provide 3.7 million hours of education. Your role:

• Assist with newsletter campaigns and CRM tasks, including preparing and segmenting customer lists, scheduling sends, and tracking performance

• Support the influencer marketing manager on-site by preparing and sending product parcels, tracking shipments, and updating send-out lists

• Handle customer support requests via email or chat, ensuring timely and friendly responses

• Create visual and text content in Canva for social media, newsletters, and the online shop

• Help with general ecommerce operations, such as updating product information, organizing digital assets, and assisting with online shop maintenance

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English.

• Confident using digital tools such as Canva, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated, with attention to detail and a hands-on mindset.

• Interest in social impact and sustainability.

Nice to have: 

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot

• Social media affinity and/or working with influencers
