We produce high-quality consumer products that are both beneficial for our customers and directly support people in need around the world. We have already launched over 100 products through different retail channels.
In this way, we have “shared” over 114 million times and our concept enabled us to build or repair >150 wells, distribute 29 million meals, 16 million hygiene products, make 52 million days of access to clean drinking water possible and provide 3 million hours of education. Every second, someone shares with share. You can already find our products at dm-drogerie markt, REWE, ROSSMANN, MÜLLER, ALDI Süd, IKEA, DB, Eurowings, Lufthansa, Shell, Mister Spex and more! For this we are looking for a committed person to work closely with our Director New Business to plan and coordinate the marketing strategy for those new businesses.

Develop and implement the yearly marketing plan for our new business units, beyond our FMCG business, in order to deliver the set P&L objectives
Develop share's communication & media strategy for the service offers in this business unit - for new product launches as well as on a continuous basis
Brief and manage internal and external creative partners / service providers / agencies
Be responsible for planning and managing the marketing and media budget for your business unit
Guide and manage the entire creative assets development process (POS materials, ATL and BTL communication)
Collaborate and negotiate with our business partners about strategic pillars of our common marketing initiatives
Own and deliver the relevant KPI’s and smart goals
Lead, develop and inspire the new businesses marketing team
You gained 6+ years experience in the field of Marketing Management, of which 3+ years should be in a service industry
You bring proven track record in building marketing plans and executing communication campaigns across multiple platforms
You have a result and data driven mindset (building analysis, deriving valuable insights, and producing recommendations)
You come with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong stakeholder management abilities
You are consumer- centric and crazy for delivering impactful messages to various target groups
You thrive on developing team members and enjoy leading by example
You love to learn and challenge yourself
You understand very well how to navigate and work great in cross-functional teams
You are fluent in German and English
Nice to have:
You have experience in scaling organizations
You have worked on co-branding campaigns together with a partner company
You have experience in working in international teams and company with international footprint
