Your tasks:
You will support us in the digitalisation of processes and promote the best possible use of technology. You will work in existing areas (e.g. ERP, CRM, task management software) and can also improve business processes by using innovative tools in other areas.

Your duties will include:

• ERP system administration: maintain and improve our cloud-based Microsoft Business Central ERP system in collaboration with our consulting partner.
• IT Systems Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of our IT software and hardware together with our IT colleague and support colleagues from other teams with IT issues.
• IT Strategy & Budget Planning: Define the IT strategies in line with the business objectives and budget together with your lead.
• IT Governance and Compliance: Ensure that IT policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
• Other business applications (e.g. CRM): Gather requirements, evaluate proposals, plan and execute implementations

Your profile:

• You are experienced in working with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Business Central, for at least 2 years
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the IT sector
• You listen actively and show understanding for the challenges of project partners
• You gained solid experience in project management
• You convince with your independent way of working
• You are eager to learn new things and explore new functions
• You speak fluent English and advanced German (at least B1)

Plus points:

• You know your way around PowerBI
• You have experience in managing G Suite & Microsoft Office 365
