IT Manager (all gender)

Since our launch in 2018, we have been working passionately to change the world and the way we consume on a daily basis in a sustainable way! How? We offer high-quality consumer products that are both beneficial for our customers and directly support people in need around the world. We have already launched over 70 products through different retail channels.

In this way, we have “shared” over 220 million times and our concept enabled us to build or repair over 465 wells, distribute 70 million meals, 22 million hygiene products, make 104 million days of access to clean drinking water possible and provide up to 5 million hours of education. Every second, someone shares with share. You can already find our products at dm-drogerie markt, REWE, ROSSMANN, IKEA, DB, Lufthansa, Shell, Mister Spex and more! Your role:

• Manage IT administration, security, and support tasks.

• Provide onboarding/offboarding IT support for team members.

• Maintain hardware management and IT inventory.

• Update and maintain internal IT documentation (Wiki).

• Assist with Shopify store management, including creating new pages and custom features.

Your profile:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT administration and support.

• Familiarity with managing hardware, software, and IT inventories.

• Basic understanding of IT security best practices.

• Comfortable with maintaining internal documentation.

• Experience and interest in Shopify store management or basic web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Good communication skills in written and spoken German or English
