We are share, a young Social Start-Up from Berlin. We produce high-quality beverages, food and hygiene products that are good for the customer, good for people in need and at the same time as sustainable as possible. What connects us?
All of us at share are united by the motivation to make a difference with our work, to learn and to turn ideas into reality. We started together in March 2018 to build a successful social consumer goods brand. So far, our concept has enabled us to build or repair 51 wells, distribute 2 million meals and 500.000 soaps. Above all, we want to create something that brings both economic and social added value: We can only maximize profits if we also maximize our social added value - this includes sustainable aid in developing countries, but also locally in Germany. Now is the time to make share even bigger and turn it into a love brand in the long term - and that's where you come in.
We can’t do this without employing innovative digital tools. We want to employ the best possible tools to scale our operations fast and efficiently and we need your support!
You will support share with the digitization of processes and making the best use of technology. You will work within existing areas (i.e. ERP, CRM, task management, website) and you also can improve company operations by the use of innovative tools in other areas. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintenance and improvement of the ERP system together with our consulting partner. We use Microsoft Business Central in the cloud
I.e. adding new warehouse interfaces to the system
I.e. making full use of financial capabilities of the ERP
Implementation and maintenance of a CRM system
Maintenance and improvements of our BI stack on Azure: VPCs, Microsoft SQL Databases
Maintenance and small improvements to our website/webshop. We use WordPress
Management of our website/webshop redesign process
Management and maintenance of IT office software & hardware setup
>2 years of experience
Proven > 1-year experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft
Proven > 1-year experience with CRM systems
Intermediate knowledge of PHP/HTML/CSS, ideally also knowledge of Python
Experience with WordPress
Attention to detail and can do attitude
Independent working style
Fluent in English and German
