We are share, a young Social Start-Up from Berlin. We produce high-quality beverages, food and hygiene products that are good for the customer, good for people in need and at the same time as sustainable as possible. The idea of share is based on our 1+1 principle: When you buy a product, you do something good for yourself and at the same time help a person in need. What connects us?
All of us at share are united by the motivation to make a difference with our work, to learn and to turn ideas into reality. We started together in March 2018 to build a successful social consumer goods brand. So far, our concept has enabled us to build or repair 51 wells, distribute 2 million meals and 500.000 soaps. Above all, we want to create something that brings both economic and social added value: We can only maximize profits if we also maximize our social added value - this includes sustainable aid in developing countries, but also locally in Germany. Now is the time to make share even bigger and turn it into a love brand in the long term - and that's where you come in.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations who wants to take on a wide variety of responsibilities and is eager to grow share and to grow within share. Depending on your profile, you will be managing PMO, the operationalization of our strategy on the one hand and HR and office management on the other. Your current team has 3 FTEs.
In a nutshell, you and your team will ensure the execution of our strategy while at the same time taking care of the team spirit through our current growth. Besides others, your responsibilities will include:
Translate our strategy into operations across the company by managing the OKR process
Collaborating with all teams within share to drive our strategy and ensure the implementation of strategic initiatives
Manage company-wide projects, identifying possible roadblocks and keeping everyone on track
Be responsible for people's satisfaction, defining initiatives to keep the team spirit and ensure career development
Oversee all people related topics - from recruiting to internal communications
The exact role and responsibilities will depend on your background and experiences.
>5 years working experience in at least one of the mentioned areas of operations (people, recruiting, PMO, project management)
Preferably experience in Start-Ups
Master in business administration is a plus
Can do mentality
Passion for growing business and for taking people along this growth path
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in German and English
